Besides, the application of information technology is also different between regions, for example, mountainous areas are different from coastal areas. Recently, the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 approved by the Prime Minister has 10 major projects. In project 10 related to information technology is Sub-project 2 – Strengthening the application of information technology for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, including work related to the application of information technology. believe.
